=====Link Aggregation with HP ProCurve=====
// Tested with ESXi 6.0.0 Update 3 (Build 5050593) on an HP ProLiant DL380e Gen8 and an HP ProCurve 2810-48G firmware N.11.76 switch. //

Using link aggregation for VMware on an HP ProCurve requires:
  - Create the trunk on the HP ProCurve with 'trunk' instead of 'lacp': <code>trunk 4-5 Trk2 Trunk</code>
  - Configure NIC Teaming policy load balancing to use "Route based on IP hash"
