====Unlock locked 5250 device====

When a 5250 client is locked because of too many failed logins:
  * Log on as QSECOFR to a physical terminal or another 5250 client.
  * WRKCFGSTS CFGTYPE(*DEV)
  * Scroll to the workstation that is locked.
  * Use "1" to set the workstation online.
