When checking the 444 binding on the "Exchange Back End" site in IIS Manager the certificate that should be there instead shows as "Not selected".

- Select the internal certificate with friendly name "Microsoft Exchange Server" on the 444 binding on the "Exchange Back End" site in IIS Manager.
- Open an elevated command prompt.
- Restart IIS with:iisreset
