Using link aggregation for VMware on an HP ProCurve requires:
  - Create the trunk on the HP ProCurve with 'trunk' instead of 'lacp': <code>trunk 4-5 Trk2 Trunk</code>
  - Configure NIC Teaming policy load balancing to use "Route based on IP hash"
