Quasijarus is a project of the International Free Computing Task Force (IFCTF) led by Michael Sokolov to indefinitely continue the maintenance, support, and further development of the classic line of Berkeley UNIX on the classic VAX hardware.
RetroBSD is a port of 2.11BSD Unix intended for embedded systems with fixed memory mapping. The current target is Microchip PIC32 microcontroller with 128 kbytes of RAM and 512 kbytes of Flash.
The BSDeviant project produces a free, FreeBSD-based UNIX-like operating system. Our whole distrobution is currently under 210MB and FULLY operates from a mini-cdr (or regular cdr) without the need to install anything on your hard drive.
