Publish forms without Public Folder

Tested with Archive Manager 6.1 and Outlook 2010.

Normally a Public Folder is required to publish the Outlook personal forms that the Archive Manager Outlook addin uses.

To work around this, import the following registry key at (each) user logon:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Metalogix\PAM4Exchange Outlook Addin]
"PERSONALFORMSPUBLISHED"=dword:00000000

This forces the Archive Manager Outlook addin to re-import the personal forms without requiring a Public Folder.
